Lounge
The lounge has three comfortable sofas, a log burner, LCD television and DVD/Blu-ray player/Amazon Fire Stick.
The lights all dim centrally to provide the perfect place to relax.
Dining room
The dining room has a table that seats eight and a second log burning stove. There is also a high chair for infants. The dining room houses the telescope that guests are welcome to use and two monoculars to use when out walking.
Kitchen
The kitchen has an oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you should need for your stay.
The back door leads out to the courtyard and the car port/second parking space to the rear of the cottage.
Downstairs bathroom
The final room is a large shower room with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and pull-down clothes drier.
Master bedroom
The roomy master bedroom is south-facing. It has a king-size bed and views over the harbour.
It has plenty of storage with a full size cupboard and a chest of drawers. There is a hairdryer in the room and a free-standing mirror.
In the cupboard you will find an airer.
In each bedroom bed linen is supplied together with a towel per guest.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom has a double bed and a south-facing view of the harbour.
The room has a wardrobe with drawers and a hairdryer.
The twin room
The twin room has two full-sized single beds and over looks the courtyard at the back.
The bunk bedroom
This is a cosy room ideal for children. At the front of the house, it overlooks the harbour. Both bunk beds are full-sized single mattresses.
Each bunk has its own reading light with dimming facility and different white-light settings.
Under the bunk bed there's a Redkite Baby Company travel cot for infants and in the wardrobe there's a table-top ironing board.
The main bathroom
The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower and heated towel rail. It's light and spacious with a roof light and frosted window, LED downlighters and an illuminated main mirror over the sink.
Upstairs landing
The upstairs landing is airy with a Velux roof light and leads to all the upstairs rooms.
