The lounge has three comfortable sofas, a log burner, LCD television and DVD/Blu-ray player. The lights all dim centrally to provide the perfect place to relax. The lounge houses the two monoculars that guests are welcome to use.
The dining room has a table that seats eight and a second log burning stove. There is also a high chair for infants. The dining room houses the telescope that guests are welcome to use and, in the cupboards, are numerous jigsaws and games.
The kitchen has an oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine (the kitchen has been refurbished - an updated picture will be uploaded soon).
The back door leads out to the courtyard and the car port/second parking space.
The final, small rooms are a separate toilet and a room with a shower and sink. We plan to combine these rooms to a larger wet-room and an application is going through for Grade II listing approval currently.
The roomy master bedroom is south-facing. It has a king-size bed and views over the harbour.
It has plenty of storage with a full size cupboard and a chest of drawers. There is a hairdryer in the room and a free-standing mirror.
In the cupboard you will find a travel cot for infants.
In each bedroom bed linen is supplied together with a towel per guest.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a south-facing view of the harbour.
The room has a wardrobe with drawers and a hairdryer.
The twin room has two full-sized single beds and over looks the courtyard at the back.
This is a cosy room ideal for children. At the front of the house, it overlooks the harbour. Both bunk beds are full-sized single mattresses.
Each bunk has its own reading light with dimming facility and different white-light settings.
The main bathroom has a full-size bath, separate shower and heated towel rail. It's light and spacious with a roof light and frosted window.
There are two mirrors: an illuminated main mirror over the sink and an adjacent vanity/magnifying mirror.
A third, spare, hairdryer is kept in the bathroom.
The upstairs landing is airy with a Velux roof light and leads to all the upstairs rooms.
Here's a floorplan of the cottage for reference.
