Gull Cottage is an idyllic place to stay - a traditional Grade II listed, four-bedroom, two bathroom cottage occupying one of the most iconic locations in North Cornwall. With its own terrace overlooking the harbour, it sits near the end of a small row of old Boscastle Harbour cottages and a short walk to the village.
About the cottage
Rooms
Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge and a dining room with a good sized table - both rooms have a log-burning stove. There is also a recently modernised kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower room.
Upstairs has a bathroom and four bedrooms: two doubles, a twin and one room with bunk beds.
Outside
At the front of the cottage is the south-facing sun terrace carved into the harbour-side.
The terrace is the perfect place to sit and relax, watch the gentle activities in the harbour, eat a meal or simply watch the sun go down. Outdoor/picnic 'glasses' and crockery provided.
There are two parking spaces, one immediately outside the property and one to the rear in a car port - while this fits a large family car, manoeuvring is a little tight! And there is plenty of low-cost, additional space in the Boscastle car park, just a short walk away.
Amenities
There are numerous small additions to help you enjoy your stay, from a telescope to crabbing nets, from games to guides. For infants, we also have one high chair and a travel cot (stored in the main bedroom wardrobe).
The cottage has broadband/WiFi.
